Just a reminder about the Deadline Friday, October 5th. The following are due by the end of this week.

Student and Parents can initial their acceptance to the Participation Agreement (instead of completing the printed forms)
This will also serve to collect up to date contact information
Fee for participation in any or all performing arts activities will be $150 per student
However, this fee can be waived with the participation agreement (see detail on form link above) and a donation of $50 (in the form of cash, check or $50 Gift Cards)
Deliver donations to the Activities office in an envelope addressed to "Performing Arts Parent's Association" and marked with the student's name
Suggested gift cards needed are: grocery, gas, Amazon, Wawa, & movies
