Reminder: Wood Performing Arts Deadline - Fri, Oct 5th

Just a reminder about the Deadline Friday, October 5th.  The following are due by the end of this week.
  • Participation Agreements
    • Please complete our online form:
    • Student and Parents can initial their acceptance to the Participation Agreement (instead of completing the printed forms)
    • This will also serve to collect up to date contact information
  • Participation Fee
    • Fee for participation in any or all performing arts activities will be $150 per student
    • However, this fee can be waived with the participation agreement (see detail on form link above) and a donation of $50 (in the form of cash, check or $50 Gift Cards) 
    • Deliver donations to the Activities office in an envelope addressed to "Performing Arts Parent's Association" and marked with the student's name
    • Suggested gift cards needed are:  grocery, gas, Amazon, Wawa, & movies
