T-shirt Orders URGENT! Orders Due Sat, Oct 20

Here is the link to order T-shirts. The shirts will only be sold online for this show. In order to receive them before tech week, they will only be sold until noon on Saturday the 20th. They will be distributed during tech week. Please make sure to order your shirts! THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA SHIRTS SOLD AFTER THE SATURDAY DEADLINE!!!

Volunteer opportunities:  Show Lobby Help, Backstage Help, Snack Donation, Mass & Dinner Setup/Cleanup.

Little Mermaid Lobby Help
Please arrive by 6:30PM on Friday, Nov 2 and Saturday, Nov 3 and 1:00PM on Sunday, Nov 4. When you come to the lobby to work please see Louise at the ticket table and she will direct you to where you need to be. This is where we need help:

Backstage Help - Tech Week & Show

Mass & Dinner Setup & Cleanup
On Saturday November 3rd at 4:30PM we will have our Cast/Crew Mass and immediately following we will have a dinner.
Please let us know you're coming by RSVPing using the sign-up. 
All Cast/Crew are FREE, and all additional family members are $2.00 per person. This can be paid as you arrive for the dinner. It's going to be a wonder time to celebrate the Gospel and our hardworking Cast & Crew.
We need help with Set-Up and Clean, please sign up if you're able to help.

Reminder: Wood Performing Arts Deadline - Fri, Oct 5th

Just a reminder about the Deadline Friday, October 5th.  The following are due by the end of this week.
  • Participation Agreements
    • Please complete our online form:  https://goo.gl/Z23Cqk
    • Student and Parents can initial their acceptance to the Participation Agreement (instead of completing the printed forms)
    • This will also serve to collect up to date contact information
  • Participation Fee
    • Fee for participation in any or all performing arts activities will be $150 per student
    • However, this fee can be waived with the participation agreement (see detail on form link above) and a donation of $50 (in the form of cash, check or $50 Gift Cards) 
    • Deliver donations to the Activities office in an envelope addressed to "Performing Arts Parent's Association" and marked with the student's name
    • Suggested gift cards needed are:  grocery, gas, Amazon, Wawa, & movies
